Club Career

Orlando Pride: 2017–2019

Hill’s professional journey began when she was selected by Portland Thorns FC with the 14th pick in the 2017 NWSL College Draft, subsequently being traded to the Orlando Pride. Signing with the Pride in May 2017 after completing her college education, Hill quickly made her presence felt. She earned her inaugural start on June 3, 2017, marking the beginning of a remarkable career.

During her time with the Orlando Pride, Hill made significant contributions. Her rookie season saw her net three goals and provide an assist in just 14 games, out of which she started eight. Despite dealing with a nagging injury in 2018, she managed to play 21 games, further proving her mettle with four goals. Hill’s performance was acknowledged with a new contract offer at the end of the 2018 season.

Perth Glory: 2017–2019 (Loan)

Hill’s talents weren’t confined to American soil; she embarked on a loan journey to Australian club Perth Glory for the 2017–18 W-League season. During her tenure, she showcased her prowess by netting nine goals and making six assists, culminating in a successful loan spell. She continued her impressive run during the 2018–2019 season, contributing six more goals as Perth Glory reached the Grand Final.

Chicago Red Stars: 2020–Present

In 2020, Hill made her way to the Chicago Red Stars after a trade with Orlando Pride. Her debut for the Red Stars coincided with the unique circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, during the 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Hill’s dedication remained unwavering.

Linköpings FC: 2020 (Loan)

Hill’s hunger for international experience led her to the Swedish Damallsvenskan club, Linköpings FC, on loan in August 2020. This marked yet another chapter in her remarkable journey, as she continued to display her skills on a global stage.

International Career

United States U-20 Women’s National Team

Hill’s talent didn’t go unnoticed on the international scene either. She made appearances for the United States U-20 women’s national soccer team, notably in the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. Her contributions, including a goal and a standout performance against Brazil in group play, further solidified her reputation as a rising star.
